Hi all I've been having this problem a looooong time. In fact come to think of it, it was since I upgraded to Windows 10. The bluetooth driver always run into a problem at reboot. Under Device Manager, it is listed as disabled. What I have to do is, I have to right-click & disable the disabled driver, and then right-click & enable it again. Under most circumstances, this will get my bluetooth 4.1 Logitech MX Master mouse working again with the desktop after waiting some 2-3 minutes. In some other annoying cases, the bluetooth would not allow itself to be enabled under Device Manager.

I will have to completely uninstall and remove driver software for the device, and try to install the drivers again. I don't even know which ones are the real correct drivers (if they're correct, they should be working always right?) Right now, the temporary working driver is listed as: Driver Provider: Qualcomm Atheros Communications Driver Date: Driver Version: 10.0.0.102 Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher Once I reboot, this driver will be disabled by Windows again. Note that the problem is only with Windows 10. I run Ubuntu 16.04 most of the time now from early last month, and have never had a bluetooth problem. And I don't remember having suffered bluetooth problems with my mouse when I was using Windows 7.

The only problem is that the driver that got replaced is used for Windows 8, while I'm running Windows 10. Qualcomm Atheros drivers. From Qualcomm Atheros.
